Cleaning Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, all NEW CUSTOMERS require a $100 deposit to secure an appointment with us. If the customer cancels or reschedules before the appointment the deposit becomes non-refundable.
We ask that all current customers provide at least 48 hours' notice if the customer needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All missed or rescheduled appointments within the 48 hour timeframe will incur a $50 fee.
